1. Order Cancellation
In case you wish to cancel your order, if the product has not been shipped, you should contact the customer service department at 2310-701135 or e-mail: mellow.elemar@gmail.com.
2. Product Change
Because we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, in case something does not like you or does not do you have the right to request the replacement of the product in another size and / or in another color. For the replacement procedure, the maximum return period is up to fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt.
3. Procedure
Contact us by phone at 2310-70113 and inform us about the codes of the products you wish to return and with which codes you wish to replace them. Pack the products, either in the box where you received them, or in any other packaging that will ensure that the products will reach the company without damage.
YOU DO NOT SEND THE PARCEL, but you are waiting for the Courier with the new parcel (which we have already agreed by phone that you will receive) to carry out the exchange (i.e. you give the old parcel and pick up the new one).
The product you will return must not have been used and must be in its original packaging.
The shipment of the new product will take place in a period of time equal to the time of shipment of the original.
The cost of return is borne by the customer and the cost of the second shipment in www.mellowboutique.gr.
In case you wish to change your password, i.e. get a different product, you will be charged with transport costs of 3€.
Changes do not include gift wrapping.
4. Product Return / Refunds
You have the right to return within 15 calendar days, the product you received, justifying the reason for its return.
The returned product must be in the original and excellent condition you have received it.
If the aforementioned conditions are not met, then the product will be returned to you at your own expense.
Products that are on offer are non-refundable.
