We cooperate with multiple transport companies in order to ensure the fastest and safest delivery of products to our customers throughout Greece.
Specifically and depending on the volume of the products, deliveries are made:
- For small volume items through courier companies in 2-7 working days.
- For larger volume of products, deliveries are made through courier companies and transport companies in 4-7 working days.
- Free shipping for purchases greater than 50 €, all over Greece
- For purchases less than 50 € there is a shipping charge of 3 €, throughout Greece.
- Orders are processed from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
- The delivery of the Goods will be carried out by cooperating courier companies during working hours and days (Monday – Friday 09:00-18:00), to which the Company forwards your personal information, such as name and shipping address, so as to enable the delivery and execution of orders. You hereby unreservedly consent to the forwarding of your personal information and data for the purpose of sending the ordered and paid goods.
Please enter as the pick-up address, the address you will be at, either yourself in person, or a recipient of your order during business hours, such as at your workplace.
If you are not in person or an authorized recipient to pick up and sign the order on your behalf, at the place of receipt, you will be informed about a note that will be placed in your mailbox, while you will be informed where you can pick up the packages – parcels of Goods that have been sent.
